Locally sourced produce is at the heart of their restaurant Olio, with a large proportion of veggies used throughout the menu being grown on-site at their No-Dig Kitchen Garden. Olio encapsulates the very best of British food with a unique Mediterranean twist. Whether enjoying a feast in the dashing dining domes, indulging in their famous afternoon tea or an amorous Sunday roast withthe trimmings, the emphasis is always on sustainable, often hedgerow fresh ingredients, with a proud, local provenance.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note that guests are able to use the spa facilities from 14:30 on the day of arrival until 11.00 on the day of departure. Should guests wish to use the facilities outside of these hours, they must check availability with the spa reception in advance. A GBP 20 facility fee per person will apply.
