Roe Valley Resort - Limavady

Our exciting new water slides are on their way to Roe Valley Resort. While they were originally scheduled to arrive on 13 March, a delay in shipping means they will be arriving a little later than planned. Our swimming pool will reopen as planned on 13 March at 12pm and will be available for guests to enjoy. We currently anticipate the slides will be ready to open on 3 April and can’t wait to introduce this exciting new addition. We’ll keep you updated as soon as everything is ready.

Set within 155 acres of scenic parkland in Limavady, Roe Valley Resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, family fun, and outdoor adventure.

At the heart of the resort is an award-winning 18-hole golf course, ideal for enthusiasts oflevels. Families are spoiled for choice with a wide range of activities including a kids’ playpark, arcade, and outdoor activities like a Helter Skelter, bungee trampolines, bouncy castle, and a thrilling mini 4x4 driving experience.

The leisure facilities feature a family pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and a fully equipped fitness centre, open daily from 8am to 8pm. For added excitement, children can enjoy mini-inflatable jet skis available to hire from 8am to 10am. Adults looking for a touch of indulgence can unwind with luxurious ELEMIS treatments (available Friday–Sunday), followed by some peaceful ‘me time’ in the relaxation room.

Accommodation at Roe Valley Resort includes 118 stylish guestrooms, ranging from family-friendly rooms to elegant luxury suites, one of which includes a private hot tub. For larger family gatherings or wedding parties, the resort also offers three exclusive residences that can accommodate between 6 and 11 guests.

When it comes to dining, guests can enjoy a variety of experiences. Fratelli, the resort’s vibrant Italian restaurant, is perfect for family dinners, with the added fun of a kids pizza-making experience. Alternatively, The Coach House offers a relaxed brasserie-style menu with views over the golf course, ideal for lunch or dinner.

For evening entertainment, head to O’Cahan’s Baryou can enjoy live music and cocktails every Friday & Saturday from 9pm.

Day visitors are welcome too, with complimentary on-site parking available while you explore the many facilities, from dining and kids’ attractions to the driving range.

Conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from City of Derry Airport, Roe Valley Resort is the ideal base for exploring the region. Discover nearby walking trails, scenic hikes, or take a short trip to the vibrant city of Derry-Londonderry (25 minutes away).

The breathtaking Giant’s Causeway Coast is also just a 40-minute drive, making Roe Valley Resort the perfect destination for both relaxation and adventure.
