With incredible mountain views, this traditional, family-owned guest accommodation has a real log fire and wooden beams in its cosy bar and restaurant. Located less than 10 minutes’ drive from the quaint and pretty village of Coniston, The Wilson Arms offers free private parking.

The restaurant serves food made from fresh produce sourced from the Lake District, including locally caught fish and game. Packed lunches can be supplied for those who are out for the day.

The Wilson Arms can arrange a variety of outdoor activities for you, including rock climbing, fishing and guided walks. Kayak and canoe hire is available at the edge of the vast Coniston Water, just a 5-minute drive away. The Cumbria Way, a long distance footpath, is 1-minutes walk away.
